strength ministries: Baptist Student Ministry, missions education and
promotion, men's/women/youth events, leadership training, resources,
consulting services, seminars, think tanks, continuing education
events, pre-conflict strategy, disaster relief.

Team
We envision a network
of churches connected together under the Lordship of Christ, where
ministers and churches find support and experience the joy of working
together as the body of Christ.

ministry needs/opportunities, staff transitions, church transitions,
shepherding ministries, pulpit supply, conflict management.
Church Strategy

work of God in fulfilling the Great Commission is met with faith and
wisdom.

Grayson County strategy planning, missional education, demographics,
budgeting for ministry. (Makes recommendations to the Executive Board
regarding missions and evangelism.
