

CAMPGROUND PROCEDURE & GUIDELINES

Procedure & Policy
All campers and tenants must abide by the following policies outlined below and in our Lease & Release of Liability Waiver. To reserve a spot on our Campground please complete the following steps:
Step 1: Book Online or through the GBA Office
Reservations must be made through our online booking system or by Calling/Visiting our GBA Office.
**Please note: Though rare, bookings may be canceled at GBA Leadership Team discretion in the event of emergency or unforeseen circumstances. Refunds will be issued at our discretion.
Step 2: To Receive Your Gate Code You Must Complete the
"Lease & Release of Liability Agreement"
Every reserving party is required to complete the Policy Waiver for each visit to the Lake Property.

Step 3: Prepare for Your Stay

Check-in: 2:00 PM

Check-out: 12:00 PM

Please plan your arrival and departure accordingly.
Bedding and Paper Supplies:
Keep in mind, our Cabins and Dorm Do NOT include bedding, towels, or paper supplies (such as toilet paper, paper towels, etc.). Plan accordingly:
• Cabins: Queen bed and Futon
• Dorm: Twin/bunk beds
Cleaning Deposits:
A cleaning fee deposit is required. This deposit will be fully refunded if the space is left clean according to the posted cleaning instructions.
Cancellation Policy
To receive a refund, all cancellations must be requested during GBA business hours (Monday–Thursday) by phone or email.

Cabins, RV sites, and tent sites must be canceled at least 1 day prior to the reservation date.

Dormitory and pavilion rentals must be canceled at least 5 days prior to the reservation date.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of rental fees.
