About this Church

We are located in a rural but fast-growing area of North Texas where it seems like every Sunday we see new faces. Our average worship attendance on a Sunday is around 120, up from about 90 attendees 5 years ago. We are a relaxed, friendly church made up of different generations and denominational backgrounds. We can be slow to make decisions at times but we excel at showing unconditional love to those who are hurting. We look forward to seeing who God will bring into our church family!
About the Role
The Minister of Youth & Music plans, prepares, coordinates and evaluates the youth and music ministries of the church under the direction of the Pastor. Duties include…
-Developing & maintaining a youth discipleship ministry involving small groups and Wednesday night services.
-Organizing youth activities such as camps, retreats, missions and fundraisers.
-Leading worship during all church worship services.
-Working with musicians to develop their talents and abilities.
-Being available to church members for counseling and spiritual direction.
