Austin Lambert is an outdoor enthusiast, lover of the local church and a passionate student of God’s Word.
With a Master of Arts in Christian Education (M.A.C.E.) from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M University Commerce. Austin brings both spiritual depth and practical insight to ministry.
Formerly the Director of the BSM at Grayson College, he now serves as the Associational Mission Strategist (AMS) for the GBA. In this role, Austin is committed to strengthening and supporting the local churches of Grayson County through gospel-centered leadership, ministerial encouragement, and strategic equipping.

Deborah Rice
Deborah Rice has faithfully served the Grayson Baptist Association for over 10 years as administrative assistant, financial coordinator, and resident lake property scheduler.
Her attention to detail and servant-hearted leadership keep the wheels turning behind the scenes.
Deborah enjoys time with her husband, Steve, their five children and six grandchildren, (with one on the way). She likes to read, walk, knit, crochet and embroider.

Zach Ferrell currently serves as the Interim Director of the Baptist Student Ministry at Grayson College.
With a background in student ministry and previous experience as the Associate Campus Minister for the BSM, Zach brings a passion for discipleship and a deep love for God’s Word to everything he does.
He’s also a talented musician who enjoys playing a variety of instruments, often using his gifts to lead others in worship and build meaningful connections with students.

Debra Clark has faithfully served the Baptist Student Ministry for over 25 years and is affectionately known as the “Chaos Coordinator.”
With a heart for ministry and a gift for hospitality, Debra is often found encouraging students—usually with a warm smile and a homemade lunch in hand.
Her steady presence, behind-the-scenes leadership, and genuine care make her an irreplaceable part of the BSM family.

Joel Lightfoot and his wife share a deep love for the outdoors and a passion for building relationships with new people wherever they go. Joel is also a devoted leader in prison ministry, helping direct national efforts to bring the hope of the Gospel to incarcerated individuals. His heart for restoration and connection shines through in everything he does, whether it’s around a campfire or behind prison walls.
