About the Role
Pilot Grove Baptist Church is prayerfully seeking a Christ-centered, biblically faithful Bi-Vocational Pastor to shepherd and lead our church family through preaching, discipleship, pastoral care, and community outreach. As one of the second oldest churches in Grayson County, located in a growing area near Whitewright, Texas, our church values strong biblical teaching, authentic relationships, and a heart for reaching both long-time residents and new families moving into the area.
This position is ideal for a pastor who feels called to serve in a bi-vocational role while helping lead a welcoming country church into its next season of ministry and growth.
