Ministry Supply Application
Whether you’re a retired pastor, area missionary, or someone called to serve, we invite you to join our Pulpit/Ministry Supply list. If you’re available to preach, lead worship, conduct revivals, or serve in interim roles, local churches in our association may need your help.
Please note that our Pulpit Supply List is exclusively available to serve the churches of the Grayson Baptist Association. To maintain doctrinal unity, integrity in leadership, and the trust of our churches, all individuals wishing to be included must meet the following criteria:
1. Doctrinal Alignment:
Must affirm beliefs that are in accordance with the biblical convictions and theological positions held by the Grayson Baptist Association, in line with the Baptist Faith & Message (2000).
2. SBC Connection:
Should have a previous experience or current affiliation with a Southern Baptist Convention (SBC) church or ministry, demonstrating familiarity with SBC polity and associational mission.
3. Lifestyle & Integrity:
Must maintain a lifestyle that reflects the character of Christ and is consistent with the moral and ethical standards expected of those representing our association in local churches.
Failure to uphold these expectations may result in removal from the supply list at the discretion of association leadership.
We take seriously the responsibility of placing trusted individuals in our pulpits and worship spaces. All applications submitted will require a meeting with the GBA Leadership before being posted and require an Annual Review to remain current.
