Ministry Partner & Vendor Opportunities
We are excited to welcome Christian, faith-based ministry partners to the 2026 Grayson Baptist Association Annual Meeting!
Please note that vendor space is strictly reserved for Christian ministries, faith-based organizations, and ministry partners whose work aligns with the mission and values of the Grayson Baptist Association. This is not a general commercial vendor event. All vendor/table requests are subject to GBA approval.
All Vendor fees help offset the cost of providing dinner for our pastors and ministry leaders attending the Annual Meeting.
Ministry Table — $50
Reserve a table to connect with pastors, church leaders, and guests from across Grayson County.
Vendor Setup: 4:30 PM
Ministry & Partner Tables Open: 5:50 PM
Annual Meeting Begins: 6:30 PM
Dinner Presentation + Table — $150
This year, we are offering only THREE presentation opportunities during our Pastor & Ministry Leader Dinner.
Each participating ministry will receive a 5-minute presentation slot during the 5:00 PM dinner, providing an opportunity to personally introduce your ministry, share how you serve churches, and connect directly with pastors and ministry leaders.

5-Minute Dinner Presentation + Table — $150
Submission and payment do not guarantee participation. GBA reserves the right to approve participating ministries and organizations to ensure that all Annual Meeting partners are consistent with the Christian mission and purpose of the Association.
